Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Complex Senior Sales Manager for DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Orlando—Disney Springs & Embassy Suites, to represent the hotel to prospective clients, respond to inquiries, negotiate contracts, and develop sales plans to exceed revenue goals.

Travel to meet clients, conduct site visits, present proposals, and coordinate with operations to ensure exceptional service. Hilton values hospitality, integrity, leadership and teamwork and offers a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex group sales and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Represent the hotel to prospective clients for rooms, meeting space, and F&B services.
• Respond to sales inquiries, qualify leads, and prepare proposals and contracts.
• Conduct site visits and entertain clients, negotiating terms and pricing.
• Collaborate with multiple hotel departments to fulfill client needs.
