Job summary

Allied Universal Event Services is seeking a Branch Manager to provide direct oversight, compliance, and leadership for the assigned branch and accounts in the market area. You will ensure operational, budgetary, and client needs are met while fostering strong client relationships.

This role requires building teams, guiding staff, and coordinating with leadership to align policies with event industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in relevant field with security mgmt exp.
• Minimum three years in event or service industry.
• Proven leadership and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch performance across KPIs including revenue and EBITDA.
• Staffing and scheduling to meet client needs.
• Maintain client relationships and respond to feedback.
