Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Client Account Manager to oversee day-to-day event operations at an assigned client site, build and maintain relationships, and coordinate support services to meet financial and operational goals.

You will lead event staff, manage scheduling, payroll, training, and performance, ensure compliance and reporting, and foster client satisfaction across venues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in event management or operations
• Experience hiring and developing staff
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a diverse team
• Strong client relationship development

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day event operations and staffing at a client site
• Lead event supervisors and staff including hiring, scheduling, payroll, training
• Build and maintain client and employee relationships
• Coordinate support services to meet financial and operational goals
• Ensure reporting and contract compliance requirements are met
• Communicate staffing needs and assist recruiters
• Develop staff through performance management and training
• Maintain post orders and ensure security and safety standards
• Oversee uniforms, equipment, supplies, and vehicles
• Coordinate invoicing and payment processes with the client and finance
