Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring for a Client Account Manager to oversee day-to-day event operations and staffing at an assigned client site, ensuring high service levels and adherence to contracts.

The role requires 3+ years of event management experience, strong staffing, scheduling, and client-relationship skills, with the ability to lead teams and coordinate with recruiters and Finance for invoicing and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years of event management, event operations, and/or event supervisory experience.
• Experience in hiring, developing, motivating, and retaining quality staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day event operations and staffing at an assigned client site.
• Manage a team of event supervisors and staff including hiring, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, and development.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and employees.
