Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Client Account Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and events at an assigned account. You will lead event staff, optimize staffing, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring safety and high service standards.

Responsibilities include supervising teams, coordinating support services, and meeting financial and operational goals, with emphasis on staff development and policy adherence across sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of event management, event operations, and/or event supervisory experience.
• Experience in hiring, developing, motivating, and retaining quality staff.
• Ability to develop and grow customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day event operations and staffing of an assigned client site.
• Manage a team of event supervisors and event staff including hiring, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development and support, discipline, and terminations.
• Build, improve, and maintain effective relationships with both client and employees.
• Coordinate necessary support services to effectively manage client site to meet or exceed financial and operational goals and provide quality customer service.
• Ensure all required reporting and contract compliance requirements are met.
