Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Regional Manager - Operations to oversee event security and guest services across a designated region. You will lead branch operations, drive profitability, and ensure service excellence for multiple accounts.

The role requires strategic leadership, strong communications, and the ability to mentor managers while coordinating scheduling and compliance across locations. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in criminal justice, sales, marketing, business administration, or hospitality.
• Associate’s degree with at least 3 years of security management experience.
• High school diploma with at least 5 years of security management experience.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Minimum 7 years of general management experience in event security/guest services.
• Minimum 5 years in leadership delivering event and guest services to large multi-location customers.
• Strong customer service, communication, logistics, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage under tight service delivery deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure first-class customer service while managing client relations and transitions of new accounts.
• Attend client, security, and corporate meetings impacting region operations and finances.
• Conduct compliance assessments of branches and accounts, including administration and supervision.
• Disseminate and align policies with event-based industry standards.
• Act as ambassador between Allied Universal Event Services and clients.
• Maintain communication with Sr. Regional Director on client issues, staffing, and budgets.
• Identify and mentor potential candidates for managerial roles.
• Oversee staffing using scheduling tools (ABI/WinTeam) for timely orders.
• Foster relationships with HR/Recruiting/Training for labor resources.
• Audit branches to meet budgetary and fiscal goals; drive profitability.
• Lead core event security operations and address payroll, billing, recruiting, and service issues.
• Build a positive culture of goal-oriented teams.
• Implement ongoing compliance programs across the region.
• Direct and manage regional profitability and cost controls.
