Job summary

Conference Catalysts is seeking a Registration Associate to support a growing portfolio of conferences and events. You will manage 50+ registration websites annually using Cvent, maintain attendee data, and act as the primary contact for inquiries.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years with Cvent, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication. Remote, full-time role with domestic travel
requirements and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years using event management platforms like Cvent.
• Experience managing registrations for a variety of events.
• Advanced Excel with formulas and PivotTables.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Adaptable and quick to learn new technologies.
• Associate's degree or equivalent level of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and manage 50+ event registration websites yearly using Cvent.
• Maintain registration records and attendee status throughout events.
• Serve as primary contact for registration inquiries with clients and attendees.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc registration reports and analytics.
• Reconcile post-event data with finance for accurate revenue reports.
• Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and tech for a seamless attendee experience.
• Provide on-site support including badge printing and check-in.
