MCI USA is seeking a Registration Account Executive to lead conference registration efforts, coordinate with clients and internal support teams, and manage timelines from advance to post-event. The role involves liaising with Sales, IT, Marketing, and operations to ensure seamless registration experiences and data integrity.

With 2+ years of Cvent experience and travel readiness, you will drive registration success, train call center staff, and deliver comprehensive post-event analyses while

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Cvent registration experience.
• Available for moderate travel (25%-30%).
• Lifting, carrying up to 50lbs; standing for extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Establish business processes for events and communicate to internal teams.
• Ensure accurate setup for registration delivery.
• QC client deliverables and websites for functionality and data.
• Train call center and agents on event functionality and delivery.
• Prepare weekly progress checkpoints and post-show reports.
• Create and monitor registration pace with year-over-year trends.
• Develop a full project plan covering onboarding, website builds, integrations, and onsite planning.
• Coordinate event priorities across internal support teams.
