American Express Global Business Travel in the United States is seeking a Senior Event Producer to lead assigned programs for our Experience Studio team, owning plan, budget, and production from brief to close. You will work with the client's own producers, manage stakeholders, direct creative and production partners, and ensure on-brand, seamless onsite execution across multi-day events.

You will partner with the Studio Operations Manager on staffing and risk, maintaining strong communication

Formación

• Eight or more years producing corporate meetings and events.
• Experience on a dedicated account team under a client SOW.
• Portfolio includes multi-day executive programs and budgets >$1M.
• Proficient in briefing/directing staging, AV, and content partners.
• Budget ownership with forecasts and reconciliations.
• Strong command of Cvent and enterprise tools.
• Executive presence with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to lead a program team you do not manage.
• Detailed written reports, logs, and updates.
• Preferred CMP or CMM; multi-program experience; production/hotel/DMC background.

Responsabilidades

• Lead programs as producer of record from brief to close.
• Collaborate with client producers and maintain quality standards.
• Serve as daily contact, run planning cadences and status reports.
• Direct creative, staging, AV, and content partners; own the run of show.
• Own budgets from estimate to reconciliation and change control.
• Direct event managers and coordinators; coordinate with Studio Ops Manager.
• Maintain master timelines, milestones, and decision logs.
• Work with sourcing on venue/supplier selection and contracts.
• Lead onsite delivery including staffing plans and huddles.
• Partner with Studio Ops Manager on staffing, scope, and risk.
