Job summary

American Express Global Business Travel is seeking a Senior Event Producer to lead enterprise client programs from brief to close. You will own budgets, timelines, staffing, and run of show while coordinating with client teams and internal partners.

You will manage onsite delivery, develop staffing plans, and ensure brand standards across multi-day programs with executives and large audiences. This role sits within the Experience Studio and requires strong leadership and communication.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years producing corporate meetings and events.
• Experience on a dedicated account team under a client statement of work or in a corporate events department.
• Portfolio includes multi-day executive programs, audiences 500+, budgets above $1M.
• Able to brief and direct staging, AV, and content partners and read a production schedule.
• Budget forecasts, reconciliations, and change control.
• Strong command of enterprise project and collaboration tools; client-owned environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs as producer of record from brief to close.
• Collaborate with client’s producers to meet the same standards.
• Serve as daily contact for stakeholders with planning cadences and status updates.
• Direct creative and production; review run of show against brand standards.
• Own program budgets from estimate to reconciliation, including forecasts and supplier commitments.
• Supervise event managers and coordinators, with the Studio Ops Manager handling staffing.
• Maintain master timelines, milestones, and decision logs for all programs.
• Coordinate with sourcing on venues and production partners; ensure contracts are met onsite.
• Lead onsite delivery with staffing plans and daily leadership huddles.
• Partner with Studio Ops Manager on staffing, scope, and risk; flag scope creep.
