American Express Global Business Travel is seeking a Senior Event Producer in the United States to lead programs for a dedicated Experience Studio team, owning plans, budgets, and production from brief to close.

You'll manage client stakeholders, coordinate with partners, oversee run of show, budgets, staffing, and onsite delivery, while maintaining brand standards for multi-day programs and audiences of 500+.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years producing corporate meetings and events.
• Experience on a dedicated account team under a client statement of work, or inside a corporate events department.
• Portfolio with multi-day executive programs, audiences 500+, budgets above $1M.
• Ability to brief and direct staging, AV, and content partners; read a production schedule.

Responsabilités

• Lead assigned programs as producer of record from brief to close.
• Collaborate with client producers on flagship programs.
• Serve as daily contact for stakeholders; run planning cadences and status reporting.
• Direct creative and production; own the run of show and brand standards.
• Own each program budget from estimate to reconciliation; manage forecasts and commitments.
• Lead onsite delivery, staffing plans, pre-meetings, and leadership huddles.
• Maintain master timelines, milestone tracking, and decision logs.
