RASA is seeking an Event Producer to lead end-to-end production for live events in and around Los Angeles. This in-person role reports to the VP of Operations & Partnerships and requires domestic travel.

You will manage client relations, budgets, vendors, and onsite teams to deliver high-quality experiences from kickoff to closeout. You will collaborate with Creative, Finance, and production teams to ensure feasibility, schedule adherence, and creative alignment while maintaining strict

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in event production, experiential marketing, or live entertainment.
• Ability to independently lead corporate events and multi-project programs.
• Strong budgeting, financial tracking, vendor sourcing, and contract management.
• Experience direct client communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning, timing, staffing, and run-of-show documents for multiple events.
• Communicate timelines, scope, and decisions with clients and internal teams.
• Develop budgets, source vendors, negotiate scopes, and track costs.
• Collaborate on creative feasibility, logistics, and installations with partners.
• Oversee venue coordination, permits, insurance, and onsite execution.
• Lead post-event debriefs, reports, and closeout activities.
