Edelman is seeking a Temporary Producer in Los Angeles to bring creative experiences and compelling content to life. You will support planning and execution of experiential programs and content initiatives, coordinating vendors, timelines, and budgets from planning through on-site delivery.

The role emphasizes live experiences, creative problem-solving, and producing work that connects brands with audiences across digital and social channels. This position supports events planned for early 2027.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in experiential, event, or integrated production at an agency, brand, or related creative environment.
• Experience coordinating and executing live events or branded experiences.
• Working knowledge of event production logistics, budgeting, scheduling, and on-site execution.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external production partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day production of experiential events, brand activations, and supporting content initiatives from planning through execution and delivery.
• Coordinate event production logistics, including venues, vendors, staffing, schedules, run-of-show, and on-site execution.
• Partner with creative, account, strategy, and production teams to translate concepts into engaging event experiences and content.
• Develop and manage production timelines, budgets, estimates, and deliverables, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope.
• Source, brief, and coordinate external production partners, including vendors, fabricators, photographers, videographers, and specialists.
• Support the production of social, digital, and event-related content, including pre-event materials, on-site capture, and post-event deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams and business affairs to coordinate contracts, talent agreements, usage rights, permits, and approvals.
• Troubleshoot production challenges, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality experiences on time and within budget.
