About RASA
RASA is the experiential technology platform built to launch and scale live events. We create immersive music festivals, exclusive social gatherings, and premium brand experiences that bring people together in the real world. From Pier Play on the Santa Monica Pier and Thrill City at Six Flags Magic Mountain to the Eiffel Tower, we unlock iconic spaces and turn them into cultural destinations, all powered by our own in-house software. To date, we've held 200+ events across 12 cities and built a community of 113,000+ people.
We're hiring an Event Producer to lead projects across RASA Creates, our original event properties, and RASA Atelier, our creative production agency. Projects include corporate experiences, brand activations, product launches, private events, live entertainment, and select festival productions.
This is a full-time, in-person position based in Los Angeles, reporting to the VP of Operations & Partnerships, with domestic and occasional international travel required.
Working with the Creative Director, Finance Lead, and production team, you'll serve as the day-to-day lead for assigned events from kickoff through closeout, delivering against approved scope, budget, timeline, and creative vision.
You'll thrive here if you: take ownership, stay organized across multiple projects, communicate proactively, and anticipate problems before they elevate. You balance creative ambition with financial discipline and are equally comfortable leading client calls, managing vendors, and directing onsite teams. You're willing to step outside traditional job responsibilities and jump in wherever needed to support the team and successful event execution.
