THE·TEAM in Los Angeles is seeking a Director, Experiential Operations & Production to lead high-volume activations from brief to delivery. This senior role ensures safety, quality and budget discipline while expanding production capabilities for media, influencer and social-first campaigns.

You will build scalable production models, manage a broad partner network, and mentor a growing team, with travel and flexible hours as needed. Base salary ranges from $170K to $190K with bonus potential.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in experiential, live event or integrated production.
• Fluency across technical, scenic, fabrication, venue, labor, logistics and onsite operations.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with managing budgets.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong client presence and communication in fast-moving environments.
• Highly organized and able to prioritize under pressure.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.

• Lead end-to-end production and operations for experiential programs and live events.
