Job summary

White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Event Operations Manager to oversee banquet associates and ensure flawless execution of hotel meetings and events under the direction of the Director of Event Operations.

You will act as the liaison between sales and customers, lead pre-event and post-event meetings, and focus on guest satisfaction throughout the event lifecycle while supervising staff to maintain high service standards.
