Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments and drive cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction across a premium property in Austin, TX.

You will oversee scheduling, payroll, and daily operations while mentoring a team of supervisors and staff in a fast-paced hotel environment. A passion for service and attention to detail are essential for success.

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do

• The Housekeeping Manager will oversee the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments
• Ensure compliance with processes and procedures for cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction
• Ensures property guestrooms, public space and employee areas are clean and well maintained
• Execute leadership tasks such as financials, payroll, scheduling, etc.
