Qualifications

• 8+ years in conference and incentive agency experience, with senior roles preferred.
• Experience across corporate summits, conferences, tradeshows, live productions and virtual events.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with clients.
• Oversee logistics and all event aspects from concept to delivery.
• Manage client communications and expectations.
• Direct a staff team and uphold company culture and standards.
• Manage timelines, production schedules and post-program reconciliation.
• Oversee budgets and reporting for profitability.
• Contract and manage suppliers, venues, AV, and technical staff.
• Conduct site inspections and client presentations.
• Provide client support to meet expectations.
