Job summary

Kin + Co. is seeking a Senior Event Producer to lead client-facing conferences and events for global brands. The role involves managing budgets, schedules, and vendors, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality live and virtual experiences.

The position requires 5-7 years in an agency setting, a solid AV/production background, and the ability to travel. Base salary ranges from $110,000 to $120,000 plus benefits, reflecting experience and scope.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years agency experience, preferably as a Producer or Senior Producer.
• Experience working with Fortune 500 clients.
• Project management across conferences, tradeshows and live/virtual events.
• Strong background in events production and AV/technical delivery.

Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating all aspects of events from concept through to onsite delivery.
• Day to day client communications and vendor management.
• Managing project schedules, internal teams and freelance staff.
• Managing budgets to ensure profitability and client value.
• Contracting venues, AV and technical staff for events.
• Overseeing live and virtual conferences, plenaries, speakers and awards.
