Job summary

Legends is seeking an Event Manager in Concord, NC to oversee the planning, coordination, execution and closeout of assigned events. You will be the primary client contact, coordinating with facility departments, contractors and event-day staff to ensure safety, accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities include client meetings, timelines, staffing, floor plans, and post-event follow-up. Leadership of part-time staff and collaboration across teams are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; related experience may be considered.
• 2 years of event management/venue experience preferred.
• Experience supervising employees or event staff preferred.
• Strong knowledge of event planning and venue operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary facility contact for events from booking through closeout.
• Meet with clients to plan event requirements, timelines, setups, staffing, and equipment.
• Communicate event information to facility departments and third-party providers.
• Provide on-site management and ensure safety, policies, and standards are followed.
• Assist with post-event reporting and follow-up with clients and staff.
