Legends Global is seeking an Event Manager for the Greater Columbus Convention Center to oversee planning, coordination, and execution of events. You will liaise with clients, facility staff, and service contractors to ensure seamless operations from contract to conclusion.

The role requires ability to manage schedules, floor plans, AV needs, security, and staffing, with a focus on exceptional customer service and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in public facility management, promotion, or convention/industry operation preferred.
• Strong organization and planning abilities for multiple events.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains contact with clients upon event assignment.
• Acts as primary liaison between clients and facility departments.
• Coordinate activities with service contractors and staff for each event.
• Prepare floor plans, room setups, timelines, and equipment needs.
• Provide clear communication of event requirements to all departments.
