Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a Technical Lead to manage the setup, operation, and breakdown of audiovisual systems in hospitality environments while ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction.

You will mentor technicians, coordinate with hotel staff and clients, troubleshoot issues, and assist with invoice-related tasks. A valid driver’s license and 2–3+ years in AV/hospitality are required.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience.
• 2-3+ years of audio-visual experience.
• Valid driver’s license for roles that may operate company vehicles.
• Must meet all training and certification requirements within 60 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Setup, operation, and breakdown of intermediate audiovisual equipment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly.
• Provide excellent service and build positive client relationships on site.
• Work with clients to finalize invoices and coordinate with staff/vendors.
