Lucid Motors is seeking a Sr. Service Technician to lead diagnostic work on battery electric vehicles in our Scottsdale service location.

You will diagnose, repair, and document electro-mechanical issues, train junior technicians on HV systems, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of high/low voltage systems and EV powertrains. The role requires 4+ years of service experience, ASE certifications, and strong communication with customers and team members.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience as a Service Technician or Diagnosis Technician.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing HV/LV systems and EV powertrains.
• Customer-facing experience with strong communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and DMS software.

Aufgaben

• Diagnose and repair electro-mechanical issues on BEVs.
• Train and assist junior technicians on HV systems.
• Maintain knowledge of high/low voltage systems and EV powertrains.
• Document all customer vehicle interactions accurately in the service system.
