Job summary

Lucid Motors in California is seeking a Sr. Service Technician with a proven background in diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of Battery Electric Vehicles (BEVs).

You will train and assist Associate Service Technicians, maintain high voltage and electric powertrain knowledge, document customer interactions, and collaborate with the service team to deliver excellent results. The role requires ASE certifications and luxury-auto repair experience, plus strong communication skills; compensation

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a Service/Diagnosis Technician with BEV focus.
• ASE Certifications A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, L3, L4-ADAS required.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing HV/LV systems and BEV powertrains.
• Experience in luxury automobile repair environments.
• Customer facing with strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to learn DMS software.
• EPA 609 Certification.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; cross-state travel may be required.
• Willingness to complete Lucid CPR training post hire.

Responsibilities

• Confidently repair electro-mechanical issues and perform diagnostics.
• Train and assist Associate Service Technicians and Service Technicians with HV systems and powertrains.
• Maintain high knowledge of HV, LV, and EV systems.
• Document all customer vehicle interactions using the software suite.
• Collaborate with service team and customers to ensure quality service.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and positive client experiences.
• Support mobile service team remotely as needed.
