Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair Lucid vehicles. You will demonstrate a passion for sustainable transportation and solve problems in a fast-paced environment, with reimbursement for ASE/CPR training and a focus on customer experience.

Responsibilities include repairing mechanical and electrical issues, maintaining HV/LV knowledge, accurately documenting work, using the DMS and MS Office, and collaborating with the service team and customers.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as an automotive service technician with EV/HEV diagnosis and repair.
• Knowledge of High Voltage and Low Voltage systems and EV powertrains.
• Customer-facing experience with strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to learn proprietary DMS software.
• EPA 609 Certification is required.
• Willingness to complete Lucid-provided CPR training post-hire.
• Valid driver’s license with no suspensions in the past year, and training for younger drivers if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Repair basic and major mechanical issues and perform basic electrical/diagnostic work.
• Maintain high knowledge of HV, LV, and EV systems.
• Document repair orders accurately using the Three C's and the software suite.
• Document all customer vehicle interactions and communicate with the service team and customers.
• Demonstrate and share learned technical skills with others and ensure quality customer experiences.
• Support mobile service efforts and be able to work remotely when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
