Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Graduation from automotive repair school or vocational program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Diagnostics & Complex Repairs in service center or field settings.
• Provide remote diagnostics and troubleshooting from logged data and schematics.
• Coach, mentor, and train junior technicians; lead cross-functional problem-solving.
• Utilize specialized diagnostic tools to resolve electrical, HV, and network faults.
• Produce high-quality service documentation and provide feedback to engineering.
