Job summary

You will mentor technicians, handle escalations, and travel to support locations, including production plants, in a dynamic startup environment.

Qualifications

• HV & LV diagnostic experience and leadership history.
• Experience with high voltage systems in automotive environments.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Follow Rivian repair procedures with efficiency and safety.
• Provide diagnostic support to field service teams and engineers.
• Produce high-quality documentation in service systems.
