Qualifications
- 5+ years as automotive technician or diagnostic tech.
- Strong diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair.
- Experience with electrical/electronic vehicle systems.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and service software.
- Ability to follow procedures and safety protocols.
- Shift-based work availability, including evenings or weekends.
- Upper-Intermediate English.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electric and autonomous vehicles.
- Ensure readiness for daily deployment and robotaxi operations.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
- Support high-availability fleets in 24/7 environments.
- Perform advanced diagnostics on EV platforms and ADAS hardware.
- Escalate complex issues with clear documentation.
- Maintain service records and repair documentation.
