Job summary

TSMG Holding in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Autonomous Vehicle Technician to lead maintenance, diagnostics, repair, and readiness of electric and autonomous fleets across North America. You will work with AV Operations Leads, Depot Specialists, Safety Operators, and engineering teams to minimize downtime and ensure safe daily robotaxi operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years hands-on automotive experience, strong diagnostics and high‑voltage safety skills, and comfort with shift-based

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience as an automotive technician or diagnostic technician
Strong experience in automotive diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair
Good understanding of electrical and electronic vehicle systems
Experience using diagnostic tools, service software, and repair documentation
Ability to follow strict safety protocols and procedures
Ability to work in shift-based operations, including evenings or weekends
Upper-Intermediate English

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electric and autonomous vehicles used in robotaxi fleet operations
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software issues
Support high‑voltage safety procedures and EV subsystem maintenance
Coordinate with engineering and depot teams to minimize downtime
Update service records and diagnostic reports
