Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking a Senior Autonomous Vehicle Technician to maintain, diagnose, repair, and ready electric and autonomous fleets for robotaxi operations across North America. You will work with engineers, depot teams, and safety staff to keep vehicles safe, available, and compliant for daily deployment.

The role combines hands-on EV diagnostics, high‑voltage safety, and software updates, with leadership on shifts and training of junior techs.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as an automotive technician or diagnostic technician.
Strong experience with automotive diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
Good understanding of electrical and electronic vehicle systems.
Experience using diagnostic tools, service software, and technical repair documentation.
Ability to follow strict technical procedures and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Autonomous Vehicle Maintenance: perform preventive and corrective maintenance on EV and autonomous fleet vehicles.
Advanced Diagnostics & Repair: use OEM tools to identify root causes and repair components.
EV & High-Voltage Systems: handle high‑voltage safety and EV readiness for operations.
Autonomous Driving Hardware Support: install, inspect, and inspect autonomous hardware components.
Software Updates & Validation: update vehicle software and verify post‑repair functionality.
Shift Leadership & Team Support: provide guidance and training to junior technicians.
