Job summary

TSMG Holding seeks a Senior Autonomous Vehicle Technician to maintain and repair electric and autonomous fleets across North America. You will support robotaxi operations, perform diagnostics, and ensure safety and readiness for daily deployment.

The role requires hands-on EV and AV experience, strong problem solving, and the ability to work in shift-based operations with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience as an automotive technician or diagnostic technician.
• Strong experience with automotive diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair.
• Good understanding of electrical and electronic vehicle systems.
• Experience using diagnostic tools, service software, and repair documentation.
• Ability to follow strict technical procedures and safety protocols.
• Willingness to work in shift-based operations including evenings, weekends, or 24/7 environments.
• Upper-Intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Autonomous Vehicle Maintenance: preventive and corrective maintenance on EV and autonomous vehicles used in robotaxi fleet operations.
• Ensure vehicles are technically ready for daily deployment, testing, and autonomous ride-hailing services.
• Conduct detailed vehicle inspections to support fleet readiness, uptime, and safety.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software-related issues.
• Escalate complex technical issues to engineering with clear documentation.
