Job summary

TSMG is seeking a Senior Autonomous Vehicle Technician to maintain electric and autonomous fleets across North America. You will perform diagnostics, repair, and software updates to ensure safe, reliable robotaxi operations.

Join a team working with AV hardware, ADAS, cameras, LiDAR, and high-voltage systems. The role includes shift-based duties and collaboration with engineering and operations teams to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on automotive technician experience.
• Strong diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair skills.
• Understanding of electrical and electronic vehicle systems.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and service software.
• Ability to follow strict procedures and safety protocols.
• Comfort with shift-based, 24/7 fleet environments.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electric and autonomous vehicles for robotaxi operations.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for fleet readiness.
• Diagnose, repair, and validate vehicle components and software.
• Lead shifts when required and mentor junior technicians.
• Record diagnostics and repair documentation accurately.
