Job summary
TSMG Holding is seeking a Senior Autonomous Vehicle Technician to maintain electric and autonomous fleets across North America, ensuring high availability and safety for robotaxi operations. You will work with AV Operations Leads, Depot Specialists, Safety Operators, and engineering teams to minimize downtime.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience as an automotive technician or diagnostic technician.
- Strong experience with automotive diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
- Good understanding of electrical and electronic vehicle systems.
- Experience using diagnostic tools, service software, and technical repair documentation.
- Ability to follow strict technical procedures and safety protocols.
- Upper-Intermediate English.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electric and autonomous vehicles used in robotaxi fleet operations.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software-related vehicle issues.
- Support maintenance workflows for high-availability autonomous vehicle fleets in 24/7 environments.
- Lead shifts when required and provide guidance to junior technicians and depot teams.
- Document diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance in service records.
