Job summary

TSMG Holding seeks a Senior Autonomous Vehicle Technician to maintain electric and autonomous fleets for robotaxi operations across North America. You will diagnose, repair, and validate EV systems, sensors, and autonomous hardware, ensuring high uptime and safety.

Join a team working with AV operations leads, depot specialists, and engineering groups to keep vehicles ready for daily deployment in a fast-paced mobility environment. A strong focus on safety and precise diagnostics is essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience as an automotive technician, service technician, EV technician, or diagnostic technician.
Strong experience with automotive diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
Good understanding of electrical and electronic vehicle systems.
Experience using diagnostic tools, service software, and technical repair documentation.
Ability to follow strict technical procedures and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Autonomous Vehicle Maintenance: perform preventive and corrective maintenance on EV and autonomous vehicles used in robotaxi fleet operations.
Ensure vehicles are technically ready for daily deployment and testing.
Conduct detailed vehicle inspections to support fleet readiness and safety.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software-related issues.
Escalate complex issues to engineering with clear documentation.
