Job summary

TSMG Holding seeks an experienced Senior Autonomous Vehicle Technician to maintain and repair electric and autonomous vehicles used in robotaxi fleets across North America. You will ensure uptime, safety, and operational readiness while collaborating with AV operations leads, depot staff, and engineering teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on diagnostics, high‑voltage safety, software updates, and continuous improvement in fleet maintenance and deployment programs.

Qualifications

5+ years hands-on automotive technician experience or diagnostic tech in EV/AV environments.
Experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical and autonomous vehicle systems.
Familiarity with high‑voltage safety practices and ADAS hardware.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electric and autonomous vehicles used in robotaxi fleet operations.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues with AVs.
Support high‑voltage safety procedures and EV charging readiness.
Lead on-shift activities and mentor junior technicians.
Document repairs and maintain service records.
