Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Custom ETO MV/LV Product & Application Quoting Specialist in the United States. This role develops accurate BOMs, pricing, and feasibility assessments for high-complexity custom electrical equipment beyond standard configurators.

Under the Lead Quoting Specialist, you will review scope, perform manual costing, and ensure BOMs meet NEC, NEMA, ANSI, IEEE and IEC standards while maintaining revision history and clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or related field.
• At least three years of experience quoting, configuring, or applying complex MV and/or LV electrical distribution equipment.
• Ability to interpret complex one-lines, relay protection schemes, RFQ specifications, and customer engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• Scope Review & Feasibility Assessment: review scope packages and RFQ documents to determine deliverables and feasibility.
• BOM Development, Configuration & Costing: build complete BOMs and provide accurate descriptions, quantities, configurations and pricing.
• BOM Submission, Handoff & Quality: deliver BOMs in required format, resolve scope gaps and ensure compliance with NEC, NEMA, ANSI, IEEE, IEC standards.
• Product & Application Scope: support high-complexity product categories requiring specialist quotation development.
