Inframark seeks a skilled Structurer/Estimator to join our Water & Wastewater Operations team in Elm, PA. In this mid-level role, you will develop detailed cost estimates for water and wastewater projects, partnering with project managers, engineers, and vendors to capture labor, materials, equipment, and operating costs with clear justifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in estimating, cost structuring, or related roles, preferably in water/wastewater.
• Strong understanding of cost drivers, materials, labor, and operations for projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop zero-based cost estimates for water and wastewater projects, including labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and operating costs.
• Identify cost optimization strategies to reduce project costs while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Analyze project specs and collaborate with the team to identify cost-related risks and opportunities.
• Conduct market research on materials and labor costs and monitor trends for pricing adjustments.
• Create structured, well-documented cost proposals for bidding processes with clear assumptions and justifications.
• Maintain and update cost databases and templates for pricing references.
