BELFOR Holdings Inc. is seeking a General Estimator to create and manage estimates for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. You will meet with clients, develop competitive scopes using Xactimate, and drive work from start to finish while monitoring budgets and timelines.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in estimating, strong knowledge of building codes, and BELFOR/Xactimate certifications. This on-site role supports a broad regional client base and offers BELFOR’s comprehensive

Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction/restoration estimating.
• Residential estimates >$50,000 and commercial >$100,000.
• BELFOR Estimating Platform Level 2 certification.
• Advanced Xactimate training for Level 3 with 90% score.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate scopes with minimal over/under estimates.
• Develop quality, competitive estimates using Xactimate.
• Manage estimates through completion and communicate progress with clients.
• Maintain adherence to BELFOR naming conventions for estimates and proposals.
• Coordinate with trades and management to keep budgets and schedules on track.
