The role focuses on accurate floor plans, adherence to building codes, budgets, and communication with clients and management. You will support large loss scenarios and coordinate with vendors while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Construction, Restoration or Contents Estimating.
• Residential estimating above $50,000 and commercial above $100,000.
• Experience with BELFOR Estimating Platform Level 2 and Xactimate training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate scopes and floor plans with Xactimate Sketch.
• Create and manage budgets; address overages as needed.
• Meet with clients and manage jobs through completion.
