Flintco in Lone Tree, CO is seeking an Estimator/Pre-Construction professional to coordinate activities, prepare estimates, and manage bid processes across multiple projects. You will support project managers, solicit quotes, and help develop pricing strategies while collaborating with Owners, Architects, and subcontractors.

The role requires a 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Construction Engineering and 1–3 years in estimating or cost control.

Formación

• 4-Year Bachelor of Construction Management/Construction Engineering Degree or equivalent combination of education, technical training, and experience.
• 1-3 years estimating, cost control and/or engineering experience related to similar construction or equivalent combination of education, technical training and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Pre-Construction Service activities with all departments to avoid issues and support discipline estimates.
• Develop pricing strategy and game plan for each estimate; assist PMs with inquiries and bid evaluations.
• Solicit subcontractor and vendor quotations; evaluate scope and deficiencies against requirements.
• Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, bid strategy meetings as required.
• Cultivate relationships with Owner’s, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors; assist in budgeting and cost containment.
