Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 5-10+ years relevant experience.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads the estimating deliverable for an entire project coordinated with the Senior Estimating Manager and other teams.
• Coordinates development of Site Services general costs to align with contract requirements and trade costs.
• Develops and clarifies costing assumptions and provides written explanations.
• Reviews project plans, requirements, and specifications.
• Coaches and mentors a team of estimators for large, multi-disciplinary estimates.
• Determines labor and equipment costs and assesses project risks.
• Attends scope review meetings and supports bid recommendations.
• Connects with clients to ensure satisfaction and develops accurate cost models.
