The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a civil-related field and 10+ years of estimating experience, including management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, business administration, or equivalent related work experience.
• 10+ years estimating experience; prior management experience required.
• Proficiency with MS Office, AGTEK Take-off, Primavera Scheduling; advanced knowledge of estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate and timely proposals and estimates for private and public sector works ($50–$100M).
• Review drawings, specs, and site conditions; coordinate with field ops to finalize estimates.
• Lead bid reviews with senior management to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
• Develop and maintain relationships to increase bid opportunities in the regional market.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or equivalent related work experience
