Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead bid preparation and cost estimating for electrical construction projects. You will collaborate with estimators, suppliers, and clients to produce competitive, accurate estimates.

Responsibilities include evaluating drawings, preparing detailed material lists, and mentoring junior estimators. Travel up to 10% and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Minimum 4 years of estimating or relevant construction experience.
• Experience with Accubid, Livecount Cloud, and Bluebeam preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates from quantity take-offs and develop detailed bid packages.
• Lead estimating efforts and coordinate with estimators, suppliers, and clients.
• Identify value engineering opportunities and drive accurate pricing.
