Job summary

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Estimate all project types and coordinate group work.
• Mentor estimators and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates from quantity take-off and create bid packages.
• Review specifications and attend pre-bid meetings to define scope.
• Identify value engineering opportunities and lead sub-estimates.
• Maintain backup documents and coordinate with Project Management.
