Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead electrical estimate development for bid packages. You will review drawings and specifications, coordinate with estimators, suppliers, and project teams to craft competitive, accurate bids.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in construction or engineering, 4+ years of estimating experience, and proficiency with Accubid, LiveCount Cloud, and Bluebeam. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years’ estimating or other relevant construction experience.
• Experience in Accubid estimating software, LiveCount Cloud, and Bluebeam preferred.
• CAD or 3D software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates from quantity take-offs and complete bid documents.
• Review proposal specifications, drawings, and attend pre-bid meetings to determine scope and contents of the estimate.
• Evaluate value engineering opportunities and provide leadership on sub estimates.
• Solicit quotes from qualified suppliers/subcontractors and verify conformance with plans and specs.
• Maintain and back-up estimate data and utilize Rosendin estimating program for documentation.
