Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead bid preparation and cost estimation for electrical construction projects. You will coordinate with estimators, suppliers, and clients to finalize estimates and ensure competitive pricing.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field and at least four years in estimating; CAD, Accubid, and Bluebeam experience is preferred. Travel up to 10% is possible, with comprehensive benefits and an ESOP program.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Prepare and complete bid/submittal documents and cost estimates.
• Experience estimating or closing construction bids; leadership in teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimate from quantity take-off and generate detailed cost printouts.
• Review specifications, drawings, and attend pre-bid meetings to define scope.
• Solicit quotes from suppliers/subcontractors and ensure conformance with plans.
