Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• 5+ years estimating experience required.
• Experience with bid preparation and cost estimation for complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity surveys from project plans and specs.
• Prepare and compare cost estimates for bids and negotiated proposals.
• Coordinate bid solicitations with vendors and subcontractors.
• Develop scopes of work and pricing for multiple trades.
• Mentor others and contribute to project cost history.
