Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years estimating experience required; 8+ years construction experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills; proficient with construction estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex cost estimates for competitive bids and negotiated proposals.
• Develop scopes of work for all trades and coordinate bid solicitation with vendors/subcontractors.
• Review project plans/specs, manage cost history, and support risk/fee optimization.
• Present and defend estimates to project teams and clients; support procurement.
