Responsibilities

• Prepare complex cost estimates for competitive bids and negotiated proposals.
• Develop scopes of work for trades and coordinate pricing and bid solicitations.
• Lead bid day activities and produce professional deliverables.
• Collaborate with operations for constructability reviews and risk assessment.
