BayVanguard Bank is seeking a Senior Loan Servicing Specialist – Escrow Administration to join our Loan Servicing team. The role focuses on comprehensive escrow account administration, including analyses, tax and insurance disbursements, account reconciliation, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has extensive mortgage servicing knowledge, strong analytical abilities, and can independently manage complex servicing tasks in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in mortgage servicing or loan operations.
• Experience performing escrow analyses, tax and insurance disbursements, and reconciling escrow accounts.
• Knowledge of loan servicing systems, financial transactions, and exception management.
• Working knowledge of RESPA, Regulation X, and applicable servicing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administer and oversee the Bank's escrow accounts and analyses.
• Execute tax and insurance disbursements and monitor timing for compliance.
• Perform escrow account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and strong internal controls within servicing.
• Support general loan servicing operations as an escrow specialist.
